What is a prosthodontist?

A prosthodontist is a dentist with advanced specialty education in restoring and replacing teeth. Dr. Pooya Soltanzadeh completed specialty training and a Master of Science in prosthodontics and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics.

When specialist planning can help

A prosthodontic consultation may be useful when several teeth need care, previous work is failing, teeth are missing or severely worn, or appearance and bite need to be planned as one connected problem.

Care built around the complete picture

The first step is a careful review of your concerns, dental history, existing restorations, oral health, function, and goals. Additional records may be recommended before options are compared.

Restorative and cosmetic care belong together

Crowns, veneers, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations affect both how a smile looks and how it functions. Planning them together helps balance appearance, comfort, cleanability, and durability.

Your consultation in Anaheim

Bring your questions and any information about earlier treatment. You should leave with a clearer understanding of the findings, reasonable alternatives, likely sequence, and the next decision—not pressure to begin treatment immediately.

Before deciding

The office will confirm the treating clinician and any specialist referrals for your individual plan.
